Notes on The Yanksee

I just watched a film called Up The Yanksee. I will put up some notes now.

• It is a very sad movie
• It is set in China
• It takes place as far as I could tell in 2005
• It is largely about poverty
• It is well made
• It tells the story of a cruise where people sail around looking at this land almost like watching someone on their deathbed
